SPACE RENTALS

Located at 1422 William Street, near Commercial Drive in Vancouver’s Grandview-Woodlands area, PL1422 features a well-equipped studio with mezzanine and sprung floor, a workshop rehearsal studio, a Rumpus Room for meetings and common assembly, parking lot for outdoor gatherings and events, kitchen facilities, and production storage.

OUR MAIN SPACES


STUDIO

Our 1,800 ft2 black box-style studio is created for performance creation and development. It is suitable for rehearsals, workshops, auditions, photo/film/video shoots, audio recordings, readings, meetings, public events and beyond.

GARAGE

The garage studio can accommodate 12 people and has access to the loading bay doors from the parking lot. It is suitable for smaller rehearsals and readings, as well as events that open into the parking lot. Includes wifi, kitchen and bathroom access and possible a/v support.

ADD-ON SPACES

When booking one of our main spaces, you also have available the option of adding on an additional space such as our Rumpus Room for meetings, and or our parking lot for an outdoor space.

RUMPUS ROOM

This room seats 6 and is perfect for smaller meetings and readings. Includes projection capability, wifi, kitchen access and possible a/v support. Current Rate: $40/day

PARKING LOT

The parking lot is suitable for small scale social events and outdoor performances with no or low sound amplification. It can be rented in conjunction with the Garage studio. Includes kitchen and bathroom access and possible a/v support. For reference, the wifi does not reach all the way to the street.
