GARAGE RENTAL

The garage studio can accommodate 20 people and has access to the loading bay doors from the parking lot. It is suitable for smaller rehearsals and readings, as well as events that open into the parking lot. Includes wifi, kitchen and bathroom access and possible a/v support.

*when requesting a 1 day booking – please select the day, the start time, and the “All day (6 hours +)”. Your estimate will show slightly more than the $100/rate, but will be adjusted once your request is approved and a payment request sent over.

ADD-ON SPACES

When booking one of our main spaces, you also have available the option of adding on an additional space such as our Rumpus Room for meetings, and or our parking lot for an outdoor space.

RUMPUS ROOM

This room seats 10 and is perfect for smaller meetings and readings. Includes projection capability, wifi, kitchen access and possible a/v support.

PARKING LOT

The parking lot is suitable for small scale social events and outdoor performances with no or low sound amplification. It can be rented in conjunction with the Garage studio. Includes kitchen and bathroom access and possible a/v support. For reference, the wifi does not reach all the way to the street.
